Fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream served with taralli – a pretzel-like savoury cracker common to the southern part of the Italian Peninsula.

Traditional dish of layered potatoes, rice with petit peas and onions, and mussels that have been infused with white wine and parsley, baked in the oven
