Canta Napoli is hosting a special evening of food and wine imported from Abruzzo. Often called the undiscovered treasure of Italian gastronomy, Abruzzian food is the celebration of simple ingredients turned into glorious feasts.
Thursday 18 March at 7 pm for a three-course Abruzian Feast and Wine tasting.

An aperitif with buschetta al pomodoro
Grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt, fresh tomatoes and basil

Spaghetti alla chitarra con ragu’ casereccio
Traditional handmade square shaped egg spaghetti, served with rustic beef, pork and lamb ragú

Arrosticini con broccoletti italiani
Grilled skewers of lamb, served with sautéed Italian broccoli

Pecorino abruzzese con miele al tartufo
To finish, a slice of fresh pecorino cheese (from sheep’s milk), with truffle scented honey
