Fulham Theatre's First Show Nominated for Award
Ordinary Days up for Best Musical in the "Offies"
The first production at London Theatre Workshop on New Kings Road in Fulham has been nominated for a prestigious award.
Ordinary Days, a musical featuring songs by New York songwriter Adam Gwon was the opening show for the new theatre, above the Eel Brook pub in New Kings Road.
After winning enthusiastic reviews from critics, including our own Penny Flood who declared it smashing, the show, performed by four young actors has been nominated by a panel of judges for Best Musical Production in the Off West End Theatre Awards.
The theatre's artistic director Ray Rackham says he is "thrilled" by the nomination as its third production, and second musical, a revue of Stephen Sondheim's love songs, entitled Just Another Love Story, opens to the public.
The show, which runs from May 6 - 24 has a cast of eight, including three members of our Ordinary Days cast returning to take on different roles.

London Theatre Workshop joins several other local theatres in being nominated in The Offies. as the awards are nicknamed. Among the most prominent are Martine and and Variations on a Theme at the Finborough; Othello and Kiss Me Figaro at Riverside Studios and We Are Proud to Present at the Bush Theatre.
