An application has been made to convert the former branch of Nat West in Park Royal into a bingo hall.

The bank served its last customer at the location in 2025 and the two-storey detached premises, which are on the corner of Abbey Road and Coronation Road near to the Asda supermarket, have been vacant since.

A massive development of the area around the supermarket and its car park is currently being proposed although the bank building is not part of this scheme. The 10-acre site would become a mixed-use “town centre” including a new 60,000 sq ft Asda store, approximately 1,500 flats, plus retail units, restaurants, and public spaces

According to details circulated by estate agent Green and Partners, the former Nat West bank building’s total floor area is 2,731 sq. ft and the site has four parking spaces. The property was being offered with vacant possession for £320,000 or above.

The request for a change of use has been made to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation which is the planning authority for the area. Alterations to the front door entrance are also required.
