Accused of not paying for a meal in Bella Pasta
Two people have appeared in court charged making off without paying from am Ealing Restaurant.
On the evening of 17th January earlier this year a group of two men and one woman dined at the Bella Pasta restaurant on the Mall, Ealing Broadway. The cost of the meal was £73.25. Staff allege that the party left without paying. They were pursued and two were detained by staff with the third person getting away.
The two detained were Stefan Loader, aged 52 years , of Flat 17, Gleneagles, Malvern Way, W13 and Fiona Jane Keating, aged 50 years of No 55b, Woodhurst Road, W3.
Are both due to appear at Ealing Magistrates Court on Tuesday 20th May 2008 charged with making off without payment from Bella Italia restaurant, The Mall, Ealing Broadway, W5 on 17th January 08.
On 13th May 2008 both suspects were charged with making off without payment and released on bail to attend Ealing Magistrates Court on Tuesday 20th May 08.
