Charities Offered Chance To Cut Electrical Costs

Local electricians Harland & Voss launch their “Share the Summer” scheme

Local charities are being offered the chance of cut the costs of electrical work this summer thanks to Harland & Voss.

The electricians are launching their 2009 “Share the Summer” scheme with an invitation to all charities in the Chiswick, Hammersmith and Fulham areas to take advantage of the company’s high NICEIC standards at specially reduced prices.

Harland & Voss has supported a number of local organisations since with its community programme, believed to be the only one of its kind run by a London electrical contractor.

Sue Granik, Director of Business Development, said: “We know that a lot of charities are under increasing financial pressure this year. Income from donations and sponsorships has fallen whilst demand on their services has increased.

“We hope our scheme will encourage local charities to take advantage of our NICEIC status at greatly reduced costs. There must be several groups in the area with an office or hall or other type of building that could really benefit from high quality, affordable, electrical work.

“Charities will receive discounts of up to 30% on our usual labour rates throughout months of June, July and August. We look forward to helping local charities reduce their costs this summer.”

Harland & Voss can be contacted on 020 8451 0345. Full terms and conditions of the scheme are on their website: http://www.harlandvoss.com.
