Property developers Barratt West London are showing off their new development in Acton this week.

Due for completion in May/June 2011, prices start from £250,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £305,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. One-bedroom apartments measure up to 518 sq ft and two-bedrooms range from 623 sq ft up to a 777 sq ft.

Transports Links
Home to more stations than any other area of London, transport links in Acton are excellent. Both Acton Central (London Overground) and Acton Main Line (National Rail) are both about 10 minutes from The Park House.
From Acton Central, which has been modernised as part of the £326m project to upgrade the London Overground network, there are regular services westbound to Richmond and eastbound towards Stratford. From Acton Main Line, trains take a little as 7 minutes to London Paddington and, with plans for Crossrail trains to stop at the station, transport connections will be further improved.
The development is also within walking distance of a number of London Underground stations, the nearest being West Acton, from which Central line trains take under than 25 minutes into central London.
Acton and the surrounding area
The Park House is at the heart of the increasingly popular and fast-developing part of West London.
