School's Sorrow: Pupil Killed by Car


Fatal road traffic collision outside King Fahad Academy

The King Fahad Academy has issued the following statement after the tragic accident which killed a pupil at the school:

At approximately 4.40pm on 8 June a road accident on Trinity Way adjacent to the King Fahad Academy resulted in the serious injury of a King Fahad Academy student. Loloah Jamjoum. Emergency services were immediately called to the scene and Loloah was transported to St Mary's Hospital by ambulance where she sadly passed away.

The King Fahad Academy staff and students are devastated by this tragedy and are praying for the bereaved family.

Loloah was a delightful little girl who had been attending the King Fahad Academy since September last year. She was a good student and had made lots of friends at the Academy. The pupils and staff at the Academy will all miss her very much.

 

Police are appealing to the public after the traffic collision in Acton.

The incident happened just outside King Fahad Academy school when a BMW three series was in collision with the child.

Traffic officers are appealing to people in the area at the time to come forward and help investigators piece together what caused this tragic death.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Collision Investigation Unit at Alperton on 0208 998 5319.

The driver stopped at the scene of the collision. Earlier reports that the incident was a hit and run were incorrect.
