A spokesperson for Brentford Penguins said, “One of our mottos is ‘We are not just a football Club’. This is absolutely true as we also provide our children with extra-curricular activities and days out such as horse riding, mini golf, zoo visits etc. We do this to create a sense of togetherness and inclusion, away from just a footballing environment.

“People who have Down’s syndrome often face barriers and prejudice, lack of opportunities, low expectations, stereotyping and other negative attitudes but with greater awareness and support they can make a positive impact in any environment.”

Tickets cost £25 plus booking fee and can be bought online.
