Free boiler repairs to the vulnerable or those on the NHS front line

Dave Halpin, the owner of local plumbing company Gasworks, has come up with his own unique gesture of solidarity in these hard times.

As Dave says: "Lockdown3!!! This means more time at home and that boiler needs to be working! It'll be working overtime!

"Call Gasworks for a boiler repair and we're almost certain to get there that day. Also if you know anyone over 60 who is too poor to get the boiler repaired we can do the first hour free for them. This also goes for the vulnerable and NHS on the front line (postcodes W2-W14). This goes for the whole of winter and especially the frozen condense jobs that are all of a sudden everywhere.

"We're all indebted to the tireless amazing NHS staff and want to show our gratitude in a practical and helpful manner."

Even if you aren't in one of the vulnerable groups or on the NHS frontline, if you do have a plumbing problem, Dave is here to help and will always try to get to the job on the day.

Dave set up Gasworks in 2006 after 15 valuable years repairing boilers and central heating for British Gas in Central London.

He is personally involved in most of the repairs. That way he can make sure that the work is carried out to the high standard he would expect if it was done in his own home. Customers can completely trust Gasworks in their home even if they need to go off to work.

The majority of Gasworks' work comes from referrals. They also work for a handful of estate agents in Chiswick and Acton.
