Use of misleading AI images on ActonW3

Can I ask ActonW3 to stop using AI images to illustrate emotive stories such as the 'family evicted from moudly flat'.  https://www.actonw3.com/default.asp?section=community&link=https://neighbournet.com/server/common/ldrseahousing031.htmThe AI illustration used implies several potentially misleading aspects of the case, such as the family's ethnicity/nationality and their cramped lifestyle requiring them to cook and dry clothes in an unventilated space that's bound to exacerbate mould. It also suggests that Ealing Council placed the family in such a room, with bars on the windows and few facilities.  I suspect the source of this image is not even a UK location, let alone in Ealing.  ActonW3 please share!

I see this picture has now been changed to remove the mould from the walls and piles of drying clothes and bars from the windows and now looks like a normal bright presumably stock image.
