Having just visited The Oaks this afternoon for the umpteenth time, it is obvious that .......
a shoe repair and other kiosks are very badly needed, as indeed they were provided before in the old Oaks.Now, I vaguely recall that the reasoning behind no kiosks is that the large entry area is too narrow and presents a fire and/or safety risk or some such? I am happy to be corrected on this.However, IF that is indeed the reason, it's BS, that entry area is big & wide enough IMHO for kiosks, even if they are required to be slightly narrower than normal.It is a relatively vast area, not subject to weather conditions, that some traders would kill to set up in, and The Oaks' owners would obviously earn more rent, but it's not happening.WHY?I think it is all VERY suspicious. But I would, wouldn't I! 😆Maire Lowe, Sara Nathan, Susan Kelly and Others on here often seem to have their fingers on various pulses and have an idea of wassup, so what do you think is actually going on here?
