FREE Fitness Classes Return to Acton in Late February!Movement on The Mount is dedicated to supporting every woman in Acton (W3) through fun, barrier-free fitness, in partnership with Ealing Fit Club.Our FREE weekly classes at St Mary's Church Hall are designed for all ages (15+) and all abilities—from young women to grandmothers and carers!Featured Programmes (Starting Late February 2026):Seniors Fit Club: A low-impact strength and mobility class tailored for women aged 65+ (Tuesday mornings, 24/02/26 to 24/03/26).Dance Fit Club: Get moving with fun dance fitness tailored for women aged 40+ (Friday mornings, 27/02/26 to 27/03/26).Ready to Find Your Groove?
