Green bags of leaves on most local streets

Seasonal whinge:Ealing council finally got round to sweeping up the wet leaves on the pavements of Acton Central...and even clearing out some of the street drains.But that was well over a week ago and the green bags full of leaves are on many streets.Why can't picking up these just be organised rather than them littering the streets (and inevitably attracting litter and fly-tipping themselves?)Presumbaly they will still be there now well into 2026.

Any chance of them having been swept up by residents who have forgotten/didn't know how to report them to Ealing Council for collection?  Or perhaps the Council need reminding?  The trouble is as we all know other unwanted stuff including dog dirt sadly gets added worsening the situation.
