I contacted the chief executive, who referred me to the Acton manager, who contacted me and met me this morning. He has only been in post there since October, but has long experience of Morrison's. He gave me about half-an-hour while dealing with other business and was very sympathetic to my complaints about the lifts (still out-of-action) and escalators (back in action), availability of goods, customer relations and other matters. Customer relations seems a great improvement.
