Britain's Blingiest Apartment is in Acton

According to the Daily Mail it is — £100,000 paid on gold leaf in a flat only selling for £450,000. I'm not sure I'd be able to get to sleep.

I don't know the details but I recall that the ownership/leasing arrangements of these Bromyard flats/apartments are a punitive nightmare, a real trap and  these properties are V difficult to get shot of when you want to move.Happy to be corrected.

is 736 square feet really generous, as the Mail claims? Sounds like the bare minimum for a two bedder.
