Conspiracy theorist like Corbyn believe that the WEF is behind Covid and is preparing for a 'great reset' in which shadowy powers gain an increasing control over our lives. Somehow Ealing's Local Plan is part of this but I have no idea why.

Perhaps, W.E.F. stands for World Economic Forum? Apparently, it is resuming meeting up in Davos, Switzerland towards the end of January.
