KFC King Street Hammersmith
I visited the KFC Restaurant in King Street Hammersmith Tuesday afternoon and was disgusted at the state of the filthy toilets which appear not to have been cleaned for some time!No toilet paper, no liquid soap. Rubbish on the floor. There is no excuse for this as the restaurant was not busy at the time.The overflowing waste bins in the restaurant which meant diners had no option to dispose of leftovers.I complained to staff but it was obvious they were not concerned. I wrote to KFC Customer Service but have not yet received a reply.Next time I visit a restaurant I will inspect the toilet facilities BEFORE ordering a meal.This branch of KFC should either be deep cleaned and staff re-trained, or closed down
