Rubbish outside The Oaks

A few weeks ago a large commercial rubbish bin was positioned outside The Oaks Shopping Centre on Churchfield Road. Every week the bin has been left overflowing with rubbish collecting on the floor around it. It is an eyesore and the smell is appalling. I have written to the management of The Oaks as no common sense has been used in positioning this bin on a public road. I would like to make the council environmental services aware but cannot find a contact email/number anywhere on the website. Can anyone help? Thank you so much, Tom

Hi TomIf you have (or create) a free account with Ealing Council you can use their online complaint form. I can attest that this actually produces results.There seem to be 2 different forms for this sort of thing (no harm in trying both)https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201152/roads_highways_and_pavements/848/highway_maintenance/2and https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201033/council_and_local_decisions/516/complaints/2(I think Environment would be the category you need here)Good luck and let us know you get on.
