Leaving a baby outside of a shop

Yesterday I saw someone leave a baby outside a shop in Larden Road. The baby was in a pram which would have fit in with ease. I share this from a place of care. Please do not leave your baby or young children unattended. It takes seconds for someone to take them

It is a while since I had to care for an infant but I did on occasion leave a child in a pram or pushchair outside a shop if they were sleeping and I had a clear line of sight to them.
