Ealing Council Tax Rebate

I'm wondering if anyone has received this rebate through their bank account and how long it took approximately?I have found Ealing Council's publicity of how to receive this very sparse. Also if you do not have a computer, there is no paper application everything is online.

If you pay your Council Tax by direct debit you should have,received it paid into your bank account last month.
