Possible thefts about to happen east end of Noel Road
Fellow on a high powered scooter yesterday riding up and down the eastern end of Noel Road from Horn Lane to the Playing Fields junction and then back again, looking in and checking out houses and cars. No, he wasn't delivering pizza.
