Local Pilates?

Can anyone recommend a local Acton Pilates teacher?  Preferably one who does small classes nearby.  I've always heard so many good things about Pilates but my previous efforts, including a couple of months of YouTube tutorials during lockdown, have led to loads of frustration but little in the way of the promised flexibility.  This, therefore, is probably my last shot at it, so I want to make sure it's a good one.  thanks in advance.

Actually Ria, who used to teach at the gym, does one-to-one sessions.https://www.riafitness.co.uk/I have to warn that she's not everybody's cup of tea. I loved her but some of the class found her 'irritating'.

I can't recommend a teacher as I do my classes at the gym in Acton, but just to say that it's a good thing to do as you start to age. Notably, it helps with balance and avoiding falls.I didn't enjoy it at all when I started: it took a good couple of months to get into it so it's worth persevering. I've been doing it over 6 years now.
