Laundrette on Churchfield Road

I was speaking with a neighbour recently, who informed me that the laundrette on Churchfield Road is being sold.  Sad news indeed for those of us who use the laundrette, and rely on it and we can park outside: the other two nearest ones have no outside parking for heavy laundry items.  Such a shame: let's hope it's another laundrette, and not another coffee shop/estate agent/hairdresser/nail parlour, etc: we have plenty of those - what we need is a laundrette!

Planning portal was down when I posted so I could not check ... but wording suggested to me that they might be proposing a small retail section at the front.Portal is back up and I can see they show a 25sq metre (approx 5x5) retail unit at the front. Entrance to flat to the side of it.
