VOTE EALING COUNCILLORS OUT

Ealing council have nothing but distain for residents and motorists in the borouh.  They have ruined the roads with cycle paths - most of which ar unused.  Cars are unable to  drive on parts of Uxbridge Road without going into a bus lane.Probably a deliberate ply to make money on fines)   Its crazy.  Today a fire on Western Avenue resulted in trafiic trying to divert through residential roads causing absolute chaos to those who live in First, Second or Third Avenue.Anyone I have ever spoken to at Ealing Council is sullen and dour and uninterested.  They are a public disgrace and not fit for purpose.

The voice of residents are growing we just need to get the message out.. At the last local elections the opposition were nowhere to be seen.  As we exit lockdown life in the Borough will be hard travelling from east to west north to south.. LTN's provide no benefits and hinder us all the vast majority hate them we shouldn't forget that! As for the local councillors your right they are a disgrace to the office they hold. We need change going forward.

I am happy to be corrected, but from my past visits when Jon Ball has been on the Planning Committee he has been very prone to vote with The Enemy for "Grant".Seemingly continuously voting "Grant" for the myriad hideous Ealing/Acton "developments", especially Towers, doesn't exactly endear you to much of the populace?

"....sullen and dour and uninterested", and most are Labour!Agreed, but we must be careful not to tar all Ward Councillors with the same brush. Two excellent Councillors spring immediately to mind (neither Labour!), Joanna Dabrowska - Ealing Common (CON) and Gary Malcolm - Southfield (LIBDEM.)These two embody everything you want & expect from your Local Councillor.I'm sure that there are one or more "good" Labour Ward Councillors (there must be?!) but we need to send Labour packing at the next Council Elections if you want a return to decent & representative Local Governance.
