What Should Be Done To Covidiots With Fast Cars

Reading about these morons who held a performance car meet in Park Royal during the pandemic I was struck by the pointlessness of giving them fixed penalty notices. They probably laugh at the amount as it is not bigger than what they pay to refill their tank after a trip to Morrisons.They should be given community service which requires them to provide a free taxi service to NHS staff working in ICUs.

Are they still meeting in Park Royal? I live on the A40 in between Gypsy Corner and Savoy Circus and some nights they fly up and down the A40 racing each other (I do wonder why they're not caught in the average speed cameras but maybe they just take off their number plates).I don't bother ringing the police as they do nothing about it.
