Burlington Gardens Street Renovations

Hi All, I’ve walked down Burlington gardens off Churchfield road recently and there is approximately 12 properties all being renovated on the outside At the same time with scaffolding up from the same company -ASA. They’ve also moved between buildings aswell over the last few weeks. It’s literally a full street renovation in one go. anyone know what the arrangement it? Does someone/company own most of this street or does the scaffolding/building company have a deal with the residents? It looks great- would love the whole of my shabby street to get a similar make over!

Ok thanks. Wow, so many on one street, thought the majority were privately owned flats so that’s a bit of an eye opener

Think they're all housing association/council properties, and they're having their sash windows replaced.

There's a planning application on the Ealing portal for about half the houses on either side of Burlington Gardens to have all their windows replaced. The applicant is Mitie, which is a big property services group, so it's likely these houses all belong to a Housing Association or a local authority.
