Campaign to Keep Swimming Pools (like ours) OPEN!

The Acton Centre Pool could be helping fight COVID if it stayed open. Swim England are campaigning hard to get the issue considered at tomorrow, Wednesday's debate on the COVID Lockdown Measures and want pools to be exempt. More expense to keep it Covid safe though.

Signed.  Its good for my mental and physical health to swim. Swimming pools are exceptionally safe. There are lots of exemptions - schools for example are spreading the virus much more than swimming pools.

Lockdown means lockdown. The idea is to reduce (voluntary and involuntary) contact between people, regardless of the setting.
