We’re all capable of making the same mistake, Jon. And glad to hear you’re not writing Lloyd’s off. They were doing their job and apologised.Good outcome all round!

TessaIt was a honest story I didn’t have my wallet anyway as I had to walk though south Acton estate and been disabled I had better Just take the least amount of stuff with meAnyway I had a call from them to apologise as THEY DO give out face mask for patients that genuine forgot or lost one And would I like to return

I tend to agree with Louise. In a chemist there are likely to be sick and vulnerable people. Wearing masks has been proved to reduce transmission, so they were right to refuse entry. In some European countries there’s a ‘’no mask, no entry’ policy. In the UK we just look for someone else to blame.

RoscoI was taken back by there attitude As disabled person I don’t want to treated differently but basically Get out of my Chemist Pardon the Eastenders Quote Funny it was them to ask me to go for a consultation as I never used them Anyway forgot about it now Life to short

No need for them to be rude, and your frustration is understandable, but No Mask No Entry are the Rules, so they were right.Yes, you could have lied and said you were exempt, but you seem to be a rare breed.Honest.

You should be thanking them for saving you from yourself. Too many people out and in shops without masks spreading this awful virus and killing people and their jobs....More shops should refuse people in without masks..
