& can someone tell that chugger with collection bucket o/s main entrance, he is NOT supposed to approach people directly & ask for contributions.Thought that was a thing of the past, but been going on a couple of weeks

Yes, apparently, Poundland opens on the 26th October (and that's their own clothing brand opening within the store).
