I don't think that's the case for the majority of people in the area who can't work from home and have mouths to feed. Need to get test results asap then get back to work.Regarding your questions depends on the level of herd immunity I guess - much higher in London than other areas of UK, probably the consequence of getting hit early and hard. When you compare current levels in London to parts of the country with a similar population density e.g. parts of manchester we seem to be getting off much lighter currently.
