Should we expect sharp increase in Covid infections in Acton/Chiswick?

Looking at the details of where there were the most infections over the last few weeks I noticed there was a spike in Southall when they opened a testing centre there.Now that they have opened one in Acton I wonder if we are about to see a similar pattern. For a while now in both Acton and Chiswick there wasn't really a testing centre that was particularly convenient and I think a lot of people self-isolated when they got ill without bothering to get tested. Now it should be much easier to get a test if symptoms appear.Cases seem to be going up a lot any way but if they really shoot up locally it may not be as alarming as it first appears.

I don't think that's the case for the majority of people in the area who can't work from home and have mouths to feed. Need to get test results asap then get back to work.Regarding your questions depends on the level of herd immunity I guess - much higher in London than other areas of UK, probably the consequence of getting hit early and hard. When you compare current levels in London to parts of the country with a similar population density e.g. parts of manchester we seem to be getting off much lighter currently.
