Eviction solicitor

A very close friend of mine has been trying to reclaim her flat back from her tenants as she desperately needs to sell up.  I am trying to help her.  Does anyone know any tough solicitors that could take this on as she has been messed about!!

I am a property lawyer.... your friend will have to give six months' notice now before the tenancy can be terminated.  It will not be a quick fix.

PS - Obviously, these are not personal recommendations and you must do your own due diligence, and if you proceed it is you or your friend's sole responsibility for whatever eventuates.

Get in touch with one of the various "Landlords Association", I imagine they're absolute experts at this.And should be much cheaper than instructing a Solicitor?From a  cursory search I found two:-https://www.nrla.org.uk/      https://thebla.co.uk/

Assuming there is a Short Term Tenancy Agreement in place, she can do this herself by serving them with a Section 21 - this is probably the course the solicitor would take.
