Haha, not that I want to feed the troll, but with the news of Cineworld this week, how is the new independent cinema going to be funded moving forward? And don't worry, Roscoe, all independent cinemas need the odd blockbuster to get bums on seats whether they like it or not.

A specialist Cinema company have been found , so they will decide what is profitable , not your survey ! I have no faith this cinema will ever start . Who in Acton Arts Project have a clue about business , or could negotiate this deal ? No one ! 8 flats in 2 yrs  time ! Just wait

We definitely need an independent film cinema in Acton. And to Rosco White: if you want to see Blockbusters or commercial movies, you still have VUE cinemas all around London and Netflix!We don't need more of those!

Not true roscoe!Susan and I specialise in watching exactly that sort of film. And love them.I even vote in the BAFTA "Film Not in the English Language" chapter.Have done survey. Many votes for the "Arty-farty"

We feel your anxiety Mark. Popcorn is important. An independent cinema will never charge Vue or Picturehouse prices.
