Complaints against Rupa Huq MP

Could someone please advise me of how one raises a complaint against Rupa Huq? She stated she would seek answers for me from NHS West London Trust which included why they forced me to remove my face mask to get to the trust HQ on Armstrong Way, Southall despite me stating to them that there were no signage stating so, Asian, Muslim, male and diabetic. Tired phoning and emailing a few times by no responses from Rupa.

This doesn't seem a silly thread at all. We're asked to wear masks, so he wore one, to a hospital trust. They hospital trust asked him to remove it, which does seem a really strange request. His reference to ethnicity and illness is massively valid. In case you've not seen the news, ethnicity, illness and gender make a huge difference in the likelihood of you catching Covid-19.To make someone remove a mask I think is very strange, especially when we're all being encouraged to wear them.

You may find that people have made 'silly responses' because this is an altogether silly thread.And, btw, what has your ethnicity,gender and illness have to do with anything?

What a silly response. I WAS wearing mask and was told not to wear it to get to reception in order to do a safeguarding follow up, NHS are there to save lives and not make people suffer more. How can NHS West London have a policy which they don't adhere to, one which the Chief Executive and the Trust Board are now fully aware of...

That sounds very odd - being forced to take off your mask, when I thought they were mandatory in hospitals? I think the complaint should be against whoever gave that instruction, not your MP.

Ah..diddums.Why not just comply with any reasonable request when accepting services that are free at the point of access and that are offered to all by staff who have had an awful lot to deal with lately, or haven't you noticed?

You might be able to complain about the trust - though its usually a long and tortuous process and doesn't sound worth it. There will be a complaints procedure on the Trust's website.But you need more grounds than just not replying, or not acting to complain about your MP.There's so much to be anguished about, isn't there?
