Leaving ur bins on the pavement

We have family with large and side gardens but they like to leave there bins out on the pavement week in week outWe did ask them to bring them in lasted two weeksWe have people with disabilities on the street

Well had a chat with the household Basically got a mouthful So I will help the people who can’t pass tomorrow to get there shoppingTrolley past Then the disabled people who gave walking aids Terrible really that they allowed this wouldn’t mind but they have front side and back garden

I understood that leaving "bins" on the pavement broke local bye-laws.  They should always be left, and returned to the house curtilage. Reasons being people with restricted vision won't walk into them and where pavements are narrow pedestrians do not have to walk in the road to pass them.

It's lazy and inconsiderate.  We are still supposed to be socially distancing at 2m if possible and 1m plus mask etc if you can't.  Bins are not supposed to be left on the street and I think we should all ask the council to remind people.  The Council did ask us for suggestions on how to make walking and cycling easier after all.
