Hanging on the railings at the rear of the Pavilion.Well Done whoever is responsible - Community Spirited Local or The Council?Now all visitors have to do is USE them!

"The consensus was that it is older people nowadays and that younger people take more care of their surroundings."Definitely beg to differ, from my own observations and experiences. The "more mature" often take their garbage with them or place it in bins, the "less mature" often just don't bother, don't care.

Total lack of responsibility taken by people nowadays.  What has happened?  A whole programme discussing it on Radio 5 the other day/  The consensus was that it is older people nowadays and that younger people take more care of their surroundings.We were discussing picnics and realised that when we were children our parents never drank alcohol when we went out to the beach or park.  This seems to be a generational thing.
