West Acton Cockerel

From 3am onwards my family and I can hear a cockerel crowing from our open windows on Lynton Road. I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed it, and if anyone knew where it was situated? I have been awake at 3 due to Lockdown messing with my sleep cycle, while other people in the house have been waking at 6am and have reported hearing the same sound - during the hot weather with the windows open. I believe it to be coming from beyond the railway tracks and goods yard.

I vaguely recall somebody else complaining about a cockerel. Maybe try a search on the forum?

I've not heard it over on the opposite side of the tracks.Mind you, it's been said to me that there are V strange acoustics in and around the Goods Yard, some who live right on top of Noise Nuisances say they never hear anything.Do you hear the renewed AML Tannoy since some brightspark decided to wind up the volume again? Or the "Clattering" which has started again?A cockerel going off at 3:00 am is unacceptable though, that's ridiculously early, maybe the Council Noise Team can assist?
