Red Block Rebels' video - You MUST watch it

See the report currently on the front page. The video is an astonishingly clever use of technology. We are lucky to have in the borough people who are so proficient and who care so much about the place where they live.It is impossible to imagine a clearer way to explain exactly what is happening in the borough at the moment. I thought myself to be reasonably on top of these things but until you watch this video had little idea of the scale of the changes that were planned.

Hear what you are saying Mr Evans, and a very reasoned posting it is too, as compared against my usual rants.The point I would argue is that Ealing Council IS to blame, entirely, they have a LOT of opportunity to exert control over Development in the Borough IMHO.LBE is notorious for cherry picking Regulations which suit their purpose and completely ignoring very valid Regulations that cause them a problem in their quest. This has been proven time and again.I still believe there is an undoubted & obvious "Agenda" being pushed through by Ealing Council, and Damn The People.You are entirely correct about the lack of trust, it's so lacking that there is NONE.

Other than the Town Hall development there is little that the council can do to control the types of homes that are being planned. They also have a constraint of crude targets that focus on the number of units rather than the number of people that will be housed.Crossrail is the main thing that is dictating that all these one and two bedroom flats are being built. There is likely to be a market for them even in a post coronavirus world as the commute times into central London are amazing.The problem that the Council have at the moment is a lack of trust among the community. They may not be to blame for what is happening but they seem to be making hardly any effort to convince people that the interests of residents is their primary concern.

BellEnd and his Southall Posse clearly don't give a toss, they are intent on trashing Ealing Borough and couldn't care less. I mean, it's SO obvious.WHERE are the desperately needed family homes under this so called "Labour" Administration?SOMEONE is making a LOT of money out of this, know wot I mean.  ££££££££££££££££s  😉 This unprecedented scale of hideous over-development is ripping the heart out of Ealing and our elected representatives are actively working AGAINST us, ignoring our requests.We have no idea if these ugly & unwanted developments wouldn't also have happened under the Conservatives but it's Labour in charge and zealously driving it.You Local Labour voters should be thoroughly ashamed of what you have put in power and unleashed on "The Garden Suburb".Not any longer it isn't
