Hear what you are saying Mr Evans, and a very reasoned posting it is too, as compared against my usual rants.The point I would argue is that Ealing Council IS to blame, entirely, they have a LOT of opportunity to exert control over Development in the Borough IMHO.LBE is notorious for cherry picking Regulations which suit their purpose and completely ignoring very valid Regulations that cause them a problem in their quest. This has been proven time and again.I still believe there is an undoubted & obvious "Agenda" being pushed through by Ealing Council, and Damn The People.You are entirely correct about the lack of trust, it's so lacking that there is NONE.
