Ealing Council Virtual Planning Meetings

Thank you Liberal Democrat Southfield Councillors for the amusing proposal that the 20 May Planning Committee takes place virtually.Gary Malcolm is clearly unaware, spending so much time out of London, that Paul Najsarek on the advice of Lucy Taylor decides who is allowed to attend planning committee meetings to ensure no one can question his fellow Labour Party members as he did on 20 November 2019.Or maybe they support the corrupt planning arrangements of Nick and Lucy Taylor in North West London and this is some sort of virtue signalling as these individuals have never challenged any Ealing Council planning decisions. Hard to tell with LibDems.

The suggestion the Lib Dems made that summary planning applications could be posted so they are more easily accessible on a designated Website area for people to consider and view as needed seems a good one to me. It would certainly be a lot better that the currrent one of plastic laminated card attached to nearby lamp posts that currently exists, given Ealing Council does not mail nearby persons any longer.
