I have this package with Virgin and have has hardly any problems over the years. By big beef with them is how they casually hike the price every year but I suspect Sky do the same.

I gave up on Virgin in West Acton years ago, without fail their service would go down at least every 12 months, and stay down for days on end.To be fair, maybe & hopefully it has improved since.
