It's about an 8 floor building, I think for students, with a planted area and cafe. I live opposite and got something through the door about work starting, although funnily enough didn't get given anything to do with the planning application so didn't know about it. The building will be on the eastern end and the "gardens" on the western end. Can't find the notice now, but it didn't seem too bad when I looked. Personally it'll be a better view for me than those horrible old containers.
