PayByPhone K1 parking app. Why so hard to use?

The most difficult parking app to use. Firstly, we need to miraculously know our location number.  And then it never recognises who I am, nor the details of the visitor number plate I’m trying to register. In the end, I’ve just lose the will to live with it and visitors have to park at my husband work yard. Do others have the same problems?

I use my laptop, it's much easier. Mobile app is useless, saying for visitors only. I have never had to use the app when I was out to park, so don't know really

I have experienced the same.  Very unfriendly website....too much like hard work.

Most of the time works fine for me when parking my own car and for visitors. There is a helpline when I once experienced difficulty - was sorted out quickly. The only down side for me is that it doesn’t remember the reg plates of visitors.

Haven't used the app, but find the online system works well.The registration process gave us the location number. Have you registered for visitor parking on-line?Wonder if the app works better for the on-street parking ticket machines as they all have a location number.
