Londis (Churchfield Road) ATM

Seems there’s now a 99p charge to use the ATM at Londis on Churchfield Road.

The senior chap at Londis said it was nothing to do with him and that all the non-bank-linked ATMs have recently started to charge again.Bank ones still dont - and Sainsbury's counts as a bank.

The Cash Machine at the Dry Cleaners in Horn Lane has also started charging. It was free until the other week.

Sainsbury's give cash back if you explain their cash machine is out of order. Manager told me, I don't know about staff. Saying, last time I asked for cash back was few months back

The one high street, Metro shop has also started charging for cash machine. Asked the shop keeper, said nothing to do with them. I think it's to do with how often people use the ATM. Providers perhaps see not much use so to cover their running fees, brought back charges.

What an absolute headache.  The ATM at Sainsburys is sometimes out of order, and inside, they no longer give cashback, so it's a schlep up to the banks further up on the high street.  Disappointed in Londis.
