Seating, or rather lack of it, is why I, like many elderly mobility impaired, don't shop. Shops rarely have seats,and certainly not where they are needed. Ealing Broadway no longer has decent seats in the Centre, just primitive benches. The Mobility buses, which many of us rely on and which stop outside Costa coffee advise passengers waiting to use Costa's chairs.There used to be public seats but they were removed 'because people misused them' I suspect the same commercials be given as the reason for seating being unavailable in the Oaks.Another reason to shop on line!
