Trying to buy a voucher for this afternoon. App says ‘reduced due to parking restrictions’. We are in Zone K1. Never had a problem like this before. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for that info. My reply from pay by phone was that Ealing council had not notified them of all addresses renewing parking permits. I had to apply for a residents permit again through the app and it seems to be ok now.

In the end, when even my more tech-confident son had tried and failed to make it work I rang the helpline and a man ‘hacked’ into my details, attached another parking permit and now it works fine. Helpline number can be found in the help and support section of the app....0330 400 7275

I had the same problem in zone K1 this week. Couldn’t understand why, never had a problem before. Did you find out why? I have emailed pay by phone but not received any reply yet.
