Increasing Noise Nuisances from the Rail Goods Yard, Horn Lane.
Folks, I have lived nearby to the Rail Goods Yard for nigh on 38 years, and trust me, this little Goods Yard back then may have been seen, but was rarely heard.However, over time, under a particularly uncaring Council, we have experienced excessive "Noise Creep" consistently building up.It is FAR too late to Complain once a Noise Nuisance is "established", so if you are bothered in any way by this increasing menace I ask you, in support of your local community, to Complain loudly & regularly. ALWAYS get a Reference Number and we can stop these Noise Nuisances multiplying.Of course the biggest travesty was the wonderful Hanson demolishing their old green coloured Concrete Plant without any Permissions, and then proceeding to build their new Concrete Plant without any Planning Permission either. Our wonderful and shameless Planning Committee, in their infinite wisdom, rolled over on that (quelle surprise!) and Granted Retrospective Planning Permission!The envisaged Quattro SECOND Concrete Plant in the Goods Yard currently being applied for will be a total nightmare, you can trust me on that one too.This is a Rail Goods Yard, NOT an Industrial Estate.You have been warned, it takes VERY little time to log a Complaint with Ealing Noise Nuisance, and there's undoubtedly Results in Numbers.I thank you. 😊
