It's not Alarmist at all to say that this is all getting a bit out of control, and has been for quite some time.And I don't buy the BS about "Lack of Youth Clubs", there's clear intent here with many of these stabbings. Youth Clubs aren't going to fix much when it's now a deep mind-set.Bringing back Borstals or similar might provide the undoubted Short Sharp Shock required - surely some sort of drastic action is urgently needed?
