Any Bright Ideas....
The rubbish which gets blown into Berrymead Gardens is never ending, particularly from the fast food restaurants on the high street; To be fair to the council , they cannot stop the wind blowing it onto the street and clearing it is difficult As it sits under the cars so is difficult to clear up. Other than people making a genuine effort to use bins on the high street, has anyone else got any thoughts on how to resolve this? Are there any other streets which are suffering in this way? Other than being pretty unpleasant, the street looks pretty awful at the moment and it would be great to change this if possible. Possibly more bins on the high street and the council can ship in the litter police who are present in other parts of London.
