Mobike Etiquette - Private Property

Recently I've noticed that a fellow Mobike user occasionally parks a bike on their property at the front of their house. If I were to go onto their property to take the bike would I be committing a trespass?

I've not used it but my recollection from reading bits of their site when they launched is that you can use the app to report a bike that is on private property and get points that you can redeem against future use of their service.Maybe a note on the saddle to warn would be a start.

I'd think if the bike shows on the app as available to hire, you're allowed to go and get it.

That's a good way to look at it. I suppose I could have some fliers in my hand and claim I was making deliveries if confronted!

I think access areas to your property cannot be trespassed otherwise the postman, deliveries and any visitor to your house would be guilty of trespassing. Don't take my word for it though.
