Love Clean Streets app and removal of flytips

Is anyone else having trouble with the Love Clean Streets app and having flytips cleared?Over the past few weeks I have reported numerous flytips on the East Acton Golf Links estate and although I have received emails stating the jobs have been completed some are still present. The first was on St Andrew's Road and reported on 30th July but no email acknowledgement was received (even though the record is visible on the app). I therefore reported it again on 2nd August. On Monday 5th August an email was received saying the job had been completed but the rubbish was still there. I sent an email about this to our three councillors but none replied so, on Friday, 9th August, I reported it again. Three days later I received another email saying it had been cleared when it hadn't. Getting nowhere I decided to resort to Twitter (even though I'd never used it before!). This eventually generated a response from Ealing Customer Services only for me to be told the references I was quoting did not relate to St Andrew's Road but to Glendun Road which is on the opposite side of the A40 Western Avenue (despite the records I was looking at on the app and through my account on the council's web site having the correct information) and being told to "double check the location on your reports in future". I replied stating I have lived in St Andrew's Road for almost 35 years and, as chair of the Residents' Association, am probably better qualified than most to identify the area on a map and objected to their comment. I also pointed out the records contained the text "St Andrew's Road W3 7NE near the junction with A40 (side of 54 Western Avenue). They responded "I do apologise if any confusion was caused by my previous tweet - we've had a few issues with residents reporting issues on a different road but the map selects their current location rather than where the flytip was". Hardly an apology!Last week I submitted more flytip reports and have received emails for three of these saying they have been cleared when they haven't. Giving details by Twitter, I have again been told the reference numbers I am providing are for different locations with Customer Services saying "I think there is an error occurring with your reports. Please can you delete the app and try downloading it to see if this will make a difference. ............ Please let us know if this works".I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, but how will I know if this has made any difference as the records I'm looking at still have the correct information? On Thursday morning, 15th August, I sent another email to our councillors (plus Julian Bell and Mik Sabiers) but have yet to receive any response. Is anyone else encountering the same or similar issues?
